Semi-personal training

 

This is our most popular option. And I can see why!

You, your mates and your trainer working together to achieve the results you want. (2-4 people)

 

Similar to the one-to-one personal training you will have the gym to yourself - there’s no distractions. 

 

The sessions last for an hour, the exercise selection will depend on your goals (hate cardio? No problem, it’s designed in accordance with YOUR goals and preferences)

Personal training is our speciality.

 

It’s what we do best.

 

Our gyms were designed to facilitate expert personal training.

 

We’re not a gym that just does personal training as well as other services, we’re a gym that is set up specifically for personal training.

One thing I dislike about personal training in many gyms is the frantic nature of it all; the machine hogger, the guy sweating all over the equipment, the people robbing your weights, the selfie takers, the gym creeps. How are you supposed to have 100 per cent focus on your workout with all that distraction in the foreground?  At Crookes Nutrition & Fitness it’s just you and your trainer, both working towards the goal of getting you results.

We use the most scientific training methods and the best equipment possible.

 

Our goal is to provide a personal training experience that is tailor made to you, your goals, current ability and lifestyle.

 

This allows us to consistently get results and incredible transformations that we’ve become known for.

I recognize that the program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities. Donal Is a perfect example of a man who diligently followed every detail of both his training and nutrition (Donal started lifting weights in November himself and then came to me this year as he wanted help with program design and a full nutrition plan)
