in your class.
What types of training will I be doing?
Here’s just some of the types of training that the class involves (The workouts change depending on the day/week and what we’re working on in that training cycle. There will be some aspects of the 3 points below in every session)

Strength and Conditioning:
Designed to increase lean muscle mass (gain muscle), decrease fat mass (lose fat) and improve performance (stronger, faster).

Metabolic Conditioning:
This is a training method that involves near maximum intensity work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximise calories burned after your workout. An excellent option for those interested in fat loss.

Physique Specific:
Designed with physique development in mind. Specific exercises targeting all muscle groups from a
variety of angles.
